Customer Service Policy

Bestow Beauty Australia are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Express delivery timeframes are between 2-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange and agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery (subject to stock availability).

Returns & Refund Policy

Please note that we do NOT accept returns for wrong choices, we recommend you visit your local salon if you would like to trial the products. We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our products please email orders@probeautysolutions.com.au to obtain a Returns Authorisation form, prior to the return of the product. This form must be completed on all returned products. We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Faulty Goods

Our Quality Control team will always try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In rare circumstances that your item has a defect, please send

Should you receive any damaged or incorrect products upon receipt of your order, please email orders@probeautysolutions.com.au to obtain a Returns Authorisation form and quote your invoice number. This product will need to be returned to head office with a Goods Return Form within 7 days from the invoice. The correct product will be sent out and invoiced immediately. Credit notes will not be issued until the product has been received back to Head Office. Once goods are accepted they are under “Buyers Care”.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. The colours you see will depend on your monitor and so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
